The house was built on a 17,000 square meter plot in a quiet and tranquil area. The house itself covers an area of 409 square meters and it was completed in 2012.
The modern villa was a project by the architects from
EcoDesignFinca. Great emphasis was placed on quality and materials as well as on technology.The villa has an H shape on one level and large windows with views of the interior courtyard.
The interior living space measures 400 square meters and it’s divided into a large entrance hall with piano, a modern kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a master bedroom with dressing room, an en-suite bathroom, a spa with sauna, a Jacuzzi room, an office, a guest bathroom and a utility room.
The living and dining room are separated by a fireplace. Only high-quality materials were used for this project. The villa has under-floor heating, insulated exterior walls, double-glazed windows, parquet flooring and luxury bathrooms. A heat pump and a home ventilation system make sure that the temperature is always pleasant, both during summer and winter.-
