Ryan Phillippe is known for his Sebastian role in Cruel Intentions. He was married to actress Reese Witherspoon, and recently he put his Los Angeles’s Sunset Strip house on the market for $7,500,000 million. Phillippe bought this house on May 30, 2008, for $ 7,200,000 million. Built in 1998 by producer Sylvio Tabet, the home, appropriately named “Rising Zen” is a mixture of Asian and modern architecture. There is an automatic gate leading to the property. This luxury house has five bedrooms, a media room, and the step down bar with an aquarium backdrop. The master bedroom has one balcony and offers an extraordinary view on the city. In addition there is a music room and an art studio. I love the interior design, everything is very colorful and cheerful. You can see how welcoming is the media room. The study room has a library on one entire wall. Does Ryan read all those books? I don’t like the kitchen. I recognize this is a very modern and elegant kitchen, small and welcoming. The dining room has a beautiful view and a unique design gave by the huge painting on the wall. The outdoor space includes an outdoor kitchen, a sauna, a canopied, swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a spa and walls of flowing water. I love the idea of the canopied near the pool, this is very cozy and seems to invite you to loafing a little in the afternoon.
